2016 was not an easy year from an operational point of view. We had to manage the consequences of multiple
terrorist attacks in Paris, Brussels, Nice and Berlin, cities in which we are firmly established.
Despite this extremely difficult context, we not only managed to stay on course but we also achieved all of our objectives.
