INTERPARKING ROMANIA, by its affiliate Alpha Parking, ACQUIRES PARCAREA P700 LA TIMISOARA

Interparking Group, one of the leading European car park operators, present in 9 countries and 360 cities, has recently acquired the P700 car park, from CONSTRUCTIM SA, a well-known Developer in Timisoara.

Interparking is present in Romania since 2010 and started operating the underground parking Piata Universitatii (425 places) in Bucharest in 2012. The Group had acquired the underground car park Inter (996 places) and completed its renovation in 2015, being nominated for EPA (European Parking Association) Awards in 2017. A new car park in Pipera, Business District, was opened recently.

The P700 car park consists of 520 parking spaces located in Piata 700, part of the Business Center and next to the City Center.

As a result of the acquisition, Interparking Romania will be present in Timisoara and wishes to be active and, together with his local partners,  SDM (Societatea Drumuri Municipale Timisoara) and the local Authorities, to participate in the developing of new “off street” car parks for public utility which will improve the traffic and the mobility in this beautiful City.”
