Based on the originality, musical and conceptual skills as well as the functionality and artistic value, a professional jury chose with conviction for the surprising and intriguing creation of George De Decker (B) entitled “Avec le bruit d'un vol d'oiseaux de nuit qui passé”. The piece can be heard in hundreds of Interparkings across Europe from May 8 on.
