Can I park for free with my disabled parking card?
You can not park for free in our parkings even if you have a disabled parking card but Interparking provides dedicated spaces for drivers with reduced mobility.

Do I need to book a place to use Interparking car parks?
Except when parking at Brussels Airport
(Holiday Parking P3, Reservation Zone, Lock Park,
VIP Premium and Discount Parking),
you will not need to reserve a place.

Do I need to turn in my car keys?
You will not need to turn in your car keys at any Interparking car parks in Belgium, unless you use our VIP car park at Brussels Airport

How do I inform Interparking about a change to my license plate?
To update your license plate yourself, please use your MyAccount or the Pcard App:
Go to https://myaccount.interparking.be/en/ or open the Pcard App.
Click on “Log in” and enter your email address.
If not already done, link your Pcard by following the on-screen instructions.
Go to “My vehicles” and click on “Add a new license plate”.
Then go to “My cards”, select your Pcard, and under “Access easier with your license plate”, choose the license plate you want to link and click “Confirm”.
Please note: you are responsible for keeping your license plate details up to date.

What should I do if I lose my ticket?
If you lose your ticket, use the intercom at the payment
machine to reach the control room.
The staff will be able to advise you on what to do.
An extra cost will be charged for the lost ticket.
