Interparking recognised as Brand of the Year in Belgium

Interparking has recently been recognised as Brand of the Year in Belgium, an acknowledgement that reflects the daily work carried out across our organisation to improve customer experience and develop innovative mobility solutions. While we are honoured to receive this distinction, we see it above all as a meaningful indicator of how our brand is experienced in real-life situations by the people who use our services every day.

What makes this recognition particularly valuable is the methodology behind it. The award is based on a large-scale consumer study combining brand perception with actual user experience. Thousands of consumers contributed by sharing how they perceive the Interparking brand and how they interact with our services in their everyday mobility. This dual focus offers a comprehensive view of how brand values translate into practical, tangible experiences.

The results show that Interparking performs above the benchmark on both customer experience and brand perception, and stands out compared with competitors on several key dimensions. These include overall attractiveness, innovation, and customer satisfaction. For us, these elements are closely linked to long-term commitments rather than short-term achievements.

More specifically, participants in the study highlighted several strengths that resonate strongly with our priorities: the quality and reliability of our services, the relevance of our promotions and commercial offers, and the accessibility and responsiveness of our customer service teams. These aspects reflect the collective efforts of our teams to stay attentive to users’ needs and to continuously adapt to evolving urban mobility patterns.

Rather than viewing this award as a final destination, we consider it an encouragement to continue on this path. Innovation, listening to customers, and improving our services remain central to our approach. As cities and mobility habits evolve, our ambition is to contribute to simpler, more accessible and more efficient urban travel experiences.
