Investment grade and first bond issuance:

Interparking expands its access to capital markets

Brussels, 7 September 2026

Interparking announces that it has obtained a BBB rating with a stable outlook, enabling it to enter the Investment Grade issuer market, and has successfully completed its first bond issuance on the capital markets. These two milestones strengthen the Group’s financing options and will support its long-term growth ambitions.

The Investment Grade status represents an independent recognition of Interparking’s credit quality. This rating enables the Group to access a broader universe of institutional investors and diversify its funding sources through direct access to the capital markets.

Shortly after obtaining its rating and establishing an EMTN programme, Interparking successfully completed its first bond issuance on 26 August. With a total value of €1.15 billion, the transaction consisted of a €650 million 5-year tranche and a €500 million 8-year tranche. Combined order books exceeded €5.9 billion, representing an oversubscription rate of 5.1 times, which allowed for a significant improvement in financing conditions compared with the initial price guidance.

“The achievement of Investment Grade status and the success of this inaugural bond issuance confirm the interest shown by investors in Interparking’s business model. They provide us with greater flexibility to support our development projects and continue investing in high-quality mobility infrastructure” said Roland Cracco, CEO of Interparking.

This development comes as Interparking continues to expand across Europe following the integration of Saba. Present in 15 countries and nearly 600 cities, the Group now operates more than 2,000 parking facilities and continues to invest in mobility infrastructure and the roll-out of electric vehicle charging solutions.

To mark these two achievements, representatives of Interparking were invited to participate in the Euronext Brussels Opening Bell Ceremony on Monday, 7 September.
