
Green light for the integration of Saba by Interparking
Brussels, 30 June 2025
Interparking, AG (through its real estate subsidiary AG Real Estate), APG and CriteriaCaixa are pleased to announce having obtained clearance with no conditions from the relevant competition authorities to proceed with the integration of Saba by Interparking, initially announced on October 16, 2024.
This regulatory approval marks a key milestone in the finalisation of the transaction. Closing of the transaction is expected to occur in Q4 2025.
Interparking and Saba are both renowned players in the parking sector. The combination of both will allow the new entity Interparking Group to capitalise on their strengths and synergies and create a pan-European leader in mobility solutions with a long-term vision.
