After termination, where can I return my key or subscription card?

When you terminate your subscription, contact the customer service department of the car park to find out where to turn in your key or card.

Can I charge my electric car (EV) in your car parks at night?

Yes, you can. And Interparking has launched the Night Charging Subscription  for electric vehicle drivers who want to charge their vehicle at night. This parking subscription offers comfort, accessibility and flexibility in several of our car parks.   

Here's a closer look at what this subscription actually offers:   

Price: 10€/month for the Night parking subscription (EV charging costs are not included) 

Parking hours: Monday–Saturday (from 5:30 PM to 8:30 AM), Sunday (all day); extra hours charged at standard parking rates.  

Conditions: Must charge for a minimum of 100 kWh per month, at least 10 months/year;   

Charging cards : Pcard+ & EV Charging cards - The Pcard+ guarantees the lowest price. For other EV charging cards, your provider may charge you extra fees depending on your contract.  

Procedure: First, request a Pcard+ and send an email to Interparking with car park and card/contract number details. Sign the contract you will receive and start charging once activated. More info on the procedure on the FAQ How can I benefit from the Night Charging subscription?

How can I benefit from the Night Charging subscription?

It's very simple. Follow the procedure below:      

  1. Request your Pcard+ if you don't already have one 

    • This is necessary to take out the subscription.   

    • Go to www.pcard.be to request your Private or Professional Pcard+.    

  2. Send an e-mail to info@interparking.be with the following information:   

    • Your chosen car park from the 21 participating locations.

    • Your Pcard+ number / contract number 

    • Your top-up card number (only if you are using an external top-up card, for example: BE-IPK-C1234ABCD)    

    • The start date you prefer for your Night charging subscription 

  3. Sign the contract   

    • You will receive a ‘Night charging subscription’ contract to sign.    

  4. Start charging!   

    • Once you've received the contract and confirmation, you're ready to use your Night Charging Subscription.

How can I get, or change, a parking subscription?

You will need to contact the individual car park's office. Please visit the car parks' description pages to find out more about taking out a parking subscription.

How can I pay for my subscription?

How can I terminate my subscription?

To terminate your subscription, please contact the car park directly through its description pages.

How do I apply for a subscription and when will it start?

How do I inform Interparking of my new license plate?

If you have a new license plate, it's only necessary to inform us if you have a subscription. Please contact the car park directly, via its description page, to discuss any changes.

If I have a subscription to a parking garage, will I be guaranteed access?

Yes, as a subscription holder in one of our car parks, we guarantee you a space in the car park in question. What's more, in most Interparking car parks, subscription holders also have 24-hour access.
