  • FAQs about Private Pcards

    A pcard is a card that allows you to enter our car parks by scanning it at the entrance and exit. This means you don't have to queue at the payment machines.


    The private pcard is directly linked to your credit card, and you will be debited automatically when you leave the car park. It can also be used to charge your vehicle in our car parks. For more information, please visit the Pcard website.

  • FAQs about Private Plus and Business Pcards

    A pcard is a card that allows you to enter our car parks by scanning it at the entrance and exit. This means you don't have to queue at the payment machines.


    The pcard private plus or business is linked to payment by invoice. You will receive a monthly invoice for all car parks used during the month. It can also be used to charge your vehicle in our car parks. For more information, please visit the Pcard website.

  • How can I benefit from the Night Charging Subscription?

    It's very simple. Follow the procedure below:      

    1. Request your Pcard+ if you don't already have one 

      • This is necessary to take out the subscription.   

      • Go to www.pcard.be to request your Pcard+ Private Plus or Business. Please make sure you choose one of these options as it won't be compatible with the Pcard+ Private.  

    2. Once the Pcard received, please fill out this short form so we have the necessary information to create your subscription: https://forms.interparking.com/en/night-charging-subscription

    3. Sign the contract   

      • You will receive a ‘Night charging subscription’ contract to sign.    

    4. Start charging!   

      • Once you've received the contract and confirmation, you're ready to use your Night Charging Subscription.

  • How can I file a claim?

  • How can I make a parking reservation at the Brussels Airport car park?

    You can book for Brussels Airport via our website https://brusselsairport.interparking.be/

  • How can I make a reservation in a car park in another city?

    Please contact the customer service centre of the car park or visit the description pages for car parks in Belgium.

  • How can I pay for my parking ?

    Please check the description page for information on the individual car parks to find out the payment methods that can be used.

  • How can I pay for my subscription?

    If you apply via the website www.interparking.be , you will already pay for the first two months on a pro rata basis. If you apply by email, you will receive your first invoice for the 2 first months by email.

  • How can I receive a receipt after I've paid?

    You can take a receipt at each payment machine.
    If you forget to print the receipt, please use the intercom so we can send you help.
    However, once you have left the car park, we cannot provide you another receipt.
