  • Is there a minimum monthly recharge volume that I have to achieve with my Night Charging Subscription?

    Yes, the monthly charge volume of 100 kWh must be reached at least 10 times a year.
    This gives you the freedom to go on holiday without worrying about charging.  
    If this volume is not reached for more than two months, Interparking reserves the right to cancel your subscription.   

  • What are the car park opening hours during holidays?

    Some of our car parks keep different hours during holidays.
    Please see our description page for more details.

  • What are the opening hours of the car parks?

    Most of our car parks allow you to pick up your car 24 hours a day, but please check our description page for specific opening times.

  • What are the parking rates for subscriptions?

    These vary, so visit the description page of individual car parks for more information or contact directly the car park if the information is not available online.

  • What can I do if I have problems paying at the payment machine?

    If you have any problems paying at the payment machine, use the intercom to contact one of our staff for assistance.

  • What do I do if I lose my external recharge card as part of my Night Charging subscription or if I change supplier?

    If you lose your external charge card or change supplier, you must inform Interparking immediately so that your consumption can be properly tracked.

  • What do I do if my personal subscription card is damaged, lost or stolen?

    If your card has been lost, stolen or damaged, please contact the car park's office. Details can be found on our description pages.

  • What happens if I arrive later or do not use my booking?

    You can park at any time within the booked period. However, your entitlement to the reserved parking space expires after the booking period. A refund for non-use is not possible.

  • What hours are included in my Night Charging Subscription?

     With your subscription, you can park at the times indicated below:   

     Monday to Saturday: from 5.30 PM to 8.30 AM   

     Sundays and public holidays: all day   

    Outside these hours, the standard parking rates will apply.  

  • What is the maximum vehicle height in your car parks?

    You can find out the maximum height for vehicles for each car park by visiting the car parks description page on our website.
