- How can I terminate my subscription?
To terminate your subscription, please contact the related customer service through email. Please note that there is one month notice starting from the first day of the month following your email.

- How do I apply for a subscription and when will it start?
For subscription informations, visit the description page of individual car parks on www.interparking.be , as details vary by location. You can also contact our customer service via info@interparking.com.
- How do I inform Interparking about a change to my license plate?
To update your license plate yourself, please use your MyAccount or the Pcard App:
Go to https://myaccount.interparking.be/en/ or open the Pcard App.
Click on “Log in” and enter your email address.
If not already done, link your Pcard by following the on-screen instructions.
Go to “My vehicles” and click on “Add a new license plate”.
Then go to “My cards”, select your Pcard, and under “Access easier with your license plate”, choose the license plate you want to link and click “Confirm”.
Please note: you are responsible for keeping your license plate details up to date.
- How do I install the Pcard App on my smartphone?
To install the Pcard app, go directly to the Google Play Store or the App Store using the links below:
- How do I pay for my ticketless parking?
With Ticketless parking, you can pay the way that suits you best:
- At the exit pole: pay directly as you leave using your card or contactless payment.
- At a kiosk: enter your license plate number and pay with your cardIf you have a Pcard+, you can just drive to the exit and swipe your Pcard+ at the barrier terminal.
- I had a mishap in the car park. What can I do?
Should you encounter any problems in our car park,
please contact us via the Complaints page. - If I have a subscription to a parking garage, will I be guaranteed access?
Yes, as a subscription holder in one of our car parks, we guarantee you a space in the car park in question. Moreover, subscription holders also have 24-hour access.
- In which car parks can I use my Night Charging Subscription?
You can use your Night Charging Subscription in the following participating car parks:

- Is my privacy protected?
Absolutely. Your data is processed securely using encrypted systems and is never linked to personal information. We follow strict data protection standards to ensure your privacy is respected at every step.
- Is there a minimum monthly recharge volume that I have to achieve with my Night Charging Subscription?
Yes, the monthly charge volume of 100 kWh must be reached at least 10 times a year.
This gives you the freedom to go on holiday without worrying about charging.
If this volume is not reached for more than two months, Interparking reserves the right to cancel your subscription.
